I have reverse engineered a Märklin 6603 Delta decoder. The schematic can be seen below.
The information herein is believed to be correct, but I can not give any guarantee for that. I have not been able to find out the values/types of all the components. I think there are several versions of the 6603 decoder, and this schematic just shows the version I have.
